We are looking for a Foreman for our waterproofing division. You will be the project manager's right-hand person, responsible for leading projects, coordinating staff, and ensuring that work flows smoothly from start to finish.

We are a company with approximately 50 employees, where our waterproofing division consists of 12 dedicated colleagues. Our office and workshop are located in Tyresö, and our projects span across the entire Stockholm County, from Hallstavik in the north to Dalarö Skans in the archipelago.

Your responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing work with high quality and professional pride.
• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects.
• Distribute tasks and support installers in their daily work.
• Hold construction meetings and maintain ongoing contact with project managers and customers.
• Be responsible for quality, working environment, and economics in the projects.
• Ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
• Handle material purchases and create good conditions for production.
