About the role

In the role of interim team leader within operations and maintenance, you will step into a newly started assignment where you relieve the existing group manager and ensure that daily operations run efficiently. You lead and distribute the work for a team of approximately 8 employees and collaborate closely with the group manager and the business unit.

Your focus is to structure, prioritize, and follow up on work related to the maintenance and operation of approximately 44 rental properties in Stockholm. The role is operational, hands-on, and requires you to quickly get up to speed with the business and deliver from the first day.

The assignment is a fixed-term consultancy role starting immediately, expected to last approximately 3–7 months, with the possibility of extension.

You are accustomed to leading in daily operations, making quick decisions, and driving work forward together with your team.

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership within operations or property organizations.
• Previous experience from a similar operational role.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed in new assignments and deliver immediately.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Available to start with short notice.
