Foreman with a focus on project management and follow-up

As a Foreman, you are a key figure in the daily operations of maintenance and upkeep.

You play an active role in planning, leading, and following up on work alongside an engaged team. The assignment covers the entire year – from winter maintenance such as sanding, salting, and snow removal, to summer tasks like mowing, signage, and drainage measures.

Your workdays will be varied. Your focus will be on monitoring daily operations from the office at your computer, but you will also enjoy being out on the roads where you follow up on works and address any deficiencies, all coordinated with the team. We are looking for you with

• Experience working systematically with various IT systems, especially the Office suite.
• Experience in road maintenance and upkeep.
• Experience in winter maintenance.
• A service-oriented mindset who enjoys helping others.
• A valid Category B driver's license is required (Category C is an advantage).

• You enjoy planning your tasks, documenting them, and following up until invoicing is complete.

The position is full-time, located in Södertälje. Start date is by agreement.
