Our client is a Swedish producer of prefabricated building frames. They manufacture and assemble steel structures and concrete elements for all types of buildings, including offices, hotels, public buildings, and larger multi-family homes.

Production is expected to increase, and the company now needs to hire an additional Production Worker.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Worker, you will work in a prefabrication factory manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements, specifically wall elements. You will read reinforcement drawings and work from these to create the concrete elements, either independently or in collaboration with others in the work team. The work can be physically demanding and fast-paced, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• You have previous experience in concrete/reinforcement or industrial work within the prefabrication sector.
• You can read simple reinforcement drawings.
• You have good physical fitness.
• You speak Swedish or good English (e.g., Polish and English).
• You hold a Category B driver's license and have access to your own car (if you do not live in close proximity to the workplace).

Start Date:

Immediately, or August 2026.
