Solidmarr is a small and personal construction company that delivers services within site and civil engineering as well as additions and renovations, primarily for private individuals. We distinguish ourselves by always maintaining close dialogue with our customers and being able to solve most of our customers' needs. We believe in honesty and trust; long-term relationships are a key part of our business. The company is based in Botkyrka but performs work throughout the Greater Stockholm area.

We are currently looking to grow and are seeking craftsmen for existing work teams as well as for a new work team. With us, you get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of tasks and the chance to grow together with the company.

As a craftsman, you will among other things:

• Work with site and civil engineering tasks, including drainage, slab work, laying and establishing individual sewage systems.
• Work with carpentry, including installing kitchens, tiles, flooring, building decks, roof work, and some custom carpentry.
• Be responsible for time reporting – apart from that, there is very little administration.

You will work in teams of three. We have zero tolerance for expressing prejudices in the company; it is important that everyone in the company feels welcome and that our customers are treated with respect.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Preferably a jack-of-all-trades within craftsmanship and carpentry.
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and Polish.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Communicative and honest: Since we have the customer in focus, you must be able to easily communicate how the work is progressing.

Independent and problem-solver: Since you and your team need to know what needs to be done each day. In the jobs we take on, adjustments are often needed continuously; being able to find solutions in a smooth manner adds great value for the customer.

Merits if you:

• Have professional certification in your trade.
• Have BKR (Building and Construction Industry Training Fund).
• Have wet room certification.
• Have experience operating various machinery.

Other details: Start: Immediately. Working hours: 07:00–16:00. Location: On construction sites in the Greater Stockholm area. Employment type: Hourly employment. Employment may possibly be conducted through Swedarr, which is a subsidiary of Solidmarr.
