We are now looking for a wheel loader operator for a recycling center in Älvsjö. We are looking for you who have previous experience or are at the beginning of your career. If you are meticulous, independent, and want to contribute to making society better, then you have come to the right place.

About the job:

You will be responsible for the recycling and materials at a recycling center in Älvsjö. Your main tasks will be to operate a wheel loader and handle cargo at the facility. You need to work with a strong focus on environmental and safety awareness. The work will take place both outdoors and indoors.

The job requires a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work independently. You should have a good ability to juggle multiple tasks and have a keen eye for detail. You will work daily with driving a counterbalance forklift and/or a wheel loader, and we prefer that you have prior experience in this.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for material recycling
• Operating a wheel loader
• Working with environmental and safety awareness
• Loading and unloading cargo
• Documentation and management of operations at your workplace

About you:

This role suits you if you possess a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. You should have a friendly customer service attitude and a positive mindset. You should be thorough, responsible, and able to work independently. If you are used to taking initiative and thrive on juggling multiple tasks, we consider this a significant advantage. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Forklift license A+B
• Ability to speak and write Swedish
• Unpretentious
• Wheel loader license (C2)
• Experience from similar tasks within recycling is considered an advantage. ADR training and wheel loader license are advantageous.

Salary according to collective agreement.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 06:45–16:00. Friday 07:00–15:00.
