The neuroscience research at SUS is of high international standard and covers many different areas. The department operates at the Neurology Research Unit at Skåne University Hospital (SUS) in Lund and Malmö, with numerous national and international collaborations and networks. Neurology and Neurosurgery in Lund is responsible for neurological diagnostics, care, and treatment within the local catchment area for SUS, the rest of Region Skåne, and the Southern Healthcare Region, as well as conducting teaching and research. In the role of Research Administrator, you assist researchers with administrative matters, with a main focus on coordinating operations, data management, and planning. You collaborate closely with internal and external colleagues both within SUS and Lund University. The position involves facilitating contact with patients for clinical studies together with research nurses.

You are expected to drive, evaluate, and develop your tasks with great commitment.

Qualifications

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you have experience in administrative work and working in various IT systems.

Relevant education as an administrator/medical secretary or a university degree in social sciences/sociology or other university education that we deem suitable for the position is meritorious. It is assumed that you have an interest in learning about and working with research issues.
