Have you previously worked with administration and customer service? Do you thrive in a role with varied tasks where you can take initiative, solve problems, and maintain order even when the pace is fast? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are now looking for a service-oriented customer service representative for a company in Malmö within the environmental sector. You will become part of a team where you work together to ensure that customer cases are handled in an efficient and professional manner.

In this role, you have a central function in the daily operations. You work in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike, and your focus is on providing customers with fast, clear, and solution-oriented service.

You will handle inquiries regarding services, orders, invoices, deliveries, and discrepancies. To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable searching for information, handling multiple cases simultaneously, and communicating clearly.

The assignment starts immediately, and working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have experience from service, customer service, or other coordinating roles and who enjoy administrative tasks. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are positive, curious, and engaged. You have a professional attitude towards customers, enjoy helping others, and see solutions rather than problems.
