Visiting one of Telenor's stores should be a world-class experience! Our customers are therefore met by staff with good knowledge of our products and services. We always strive to find the best solution for each customer and make the complicated simple in all situations.

As summer approaches, we are now looking for more engaged store salespeople who want to jump into the pulse, contribute to the customer meeting, and at the same time build valuable experience for the future. We need you who are on your toes! You have a genuine desire to learn and develop so that we can meet customers' constantly changing needs – today and tomorrow.

To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience of customer contact, for example in customer service or sales, either over the phone or in a store. If you also have basic knowledge of sales techniques, we see it as a big plus.

As a store salesperson, you are at the heart of our operations – in the customer meeting. Opening the doors to the store means coming straight into the pulse. This is where we help our customers get a better subscription, the latest hardware, or fix billing issues. It is simply about removing the disturbances of everyday life so that our customers can focus on what is important in life.

  • Provide world-class customer service: You meet customers where they are and create an experience that exceeds expectations.

  • Consulting: By combining product knowledge and sensitivity, you guide the customer to the right solutions.

  • Contribute to campaigns and activities: You keep up to date with current offers and contribute to a pleasant and engaging store environment for all visitors.

  • Keep the store in top shape: In close cooperation with the team, you ensure a pleasant, well-organized, and inviting store environment.
