ACCOUNTABILITIES

Define and support the Swedish brand portfolio

· Support the portfolio and innovation insights agenda by transforming learnings into WEA into clear portfolio and innovation strategy articulation.

· Drive and consolidate strategic consumer insights and foresights within and across categories to propose key strategic portfolio initiatives for the growth of our products in Sweden and the Nordics.

· Consolidate data into competitive performance learnings to ensure core portfolio competitiveness across all markets.

· Work actively with area teams to ensure that the portfolio and innovation needs of WEA markets are clearly articulated, prioritized, and acted upon, with Sweden as the lead market, the Nordics (R4R markets), and new European markets.

· Support the delivery of all key portfolio and innovation projects by working closely with consumer insights for opportunity and mix validation.

· Drive the articulation of key consumer USPs and innovation claims influencing campaign messaging priorities.

Support Velo business plans across all WEA markets by working closely with finance, RGM, trade, and activation teams.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

· End-to-end project management within a cross-functional matrix organization

· Brand strategy articulation

· Experience in deploying new project initiatives (CAP 1-3)

· New category management

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

· Ability to engage multiple senior stakeholders with clear strategic articulation

· Ability to manage high-priority projects

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

· Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with extensive years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience.

· Brand Code training

· Consumer insights and/or commercial finance experience/training
