Job Description

We are looking for sales staff with a strong interest in shoes, fashion, and trends. We offer you a varied, customer-focused, and challenging job. You will work in our store with shoe sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management. We have a modern and pleasant store environment. The role requires that you enjoy working in a team with your colleagues as well as working independently. With a willingness to learn and develop, we can offer you exciting and content-rich work where no two days are alike.

Your primary responsibility is to always keep the customer in focus. You will also actively work on upselling, stay updated on current sales campaigns and their follow-up, maintain the store environment, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

You have an ongoing or completed upper secondary education. You have previous experience in retail sales with a high level of service, you are driven by sales, and thrive working with set key figures and goals. You always put the customer first and work in a service-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who is positive, receptive, and stress-resistant. Being engaged, driven, and accustomed to taking the initiative are other important qualities we seek. You take responsibility for your tasks and your role as a salesperson. You are social, open, and work both customer-oriented and sales-driven.

Requirements

• Experience with cash registers
• Previous experience working in a retail store
• Ongoing or completed upper secondary education
• Must be 18 years old at the time of employment
• Good teamwork skills
