Your new job
We are looking for a teacher in French, combined with English or another subject. In this role, you plan your teaching together with your colleagues to ensure that students receive equitable, high-quality education that fosters the best possible knowledge development.
You are part of a work team and share mentorship responsibilities for a class with a colleague. As a mentor, you maintain regular contact with both students and guardians.
You actively participate in the school's development work and collaborate closely with colleagues in both work teams and subject groups. Your duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching, as well as assessing student results.
As a new employee at Ljungarumsskolan, you will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor during your first academic year at the school.
Welcome to us
The position is located at Ljungarumsskolan 7-9 in southern Jönköping. The school has approximately 500 students across grades 7-9. Ljungarumsskolan offers communication classes designed for students with divergent language development.
We offer you stimulating work alongside competent colleagues. Ljungarumsskolan 7-9 focuses on promoting attendance, providing an accessible learning environment, and using language-developing methods to enable all students to achieve curriculum goals. We place great emphasis on safety, study environment, and well-being. In recent years, we have also invested in international exchanges with France, Spain, Germany, and Croatia within the framework of Erasmus+.
