We are looking for an Operations Manager for Apex Terapi in Malmö who, with confidence and clarity, takes responsibility for the daily operations, quality, and accessibility, and who in the long term wishes to contribute to the further development of the business.

About Us

Apex Terapi is an established psychology clinic in Malmö with eight psychologists. We are part of Hälsoval Skåne and offer treatment within both PDT and CBT, receiving both region-funded and privately paying patients. Our operations are built on high clinical competence and a strong commitment to the patient. We also have the ambition to broaden our offering to privately paying patients and companies in the long term, alongside the region-funded care.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading the daily operations of a clinic that is already functioning well. Your most important task is to ensure high clinical quality, good accessibility, and a sustainable economy, and to nurture the business and team we have built up.

You work closely with the board and owners, report regularly, and contribute to the company's continued development. The board sets the strategic direction, and you are an important voice in this work.

In addition, there is a development assignment. In the long term, we want to broaden our offering outside of Hälsoval, towards privately paying patients and companies, and here you will have the opportunity to help shape new services and revenue streams. This is part of the role over time, but never at the expense of the existing operations, which always come first.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure high clinical quality and good accessibility.
• Responsible for the business's economy and goal fulfillment.
• Lead, develop, and recruit psychologists as the business develops.
• Work closely with and report to the board and owners, and contribute to the company's strategic direction.
• Shape structure, working methods, and culture that sustain the business long-term.
• In the long term, develop and establish a private and corporate-oriented offering alongside the region-funded care.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist.
• Experience in leading staff and developing business. Experience in business development, change management, or building new offerings is meritorious.
• Knowledge of Hälsoval Skåne and primary care regulations is meritorious.
• Good digital skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
