ABOUT ME

I am an 8-year-old boy with autism who is happy, playful, and active. I attend school on weekdays and need assistant support during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I am non-verbal and use my body to communicate, but I am practicing sign language and picture support to express myself better.

My world is full of movement – I am often driven by impulses and need a secure adult who can act quickly in different situations. You join me in my activities and support me in daily life, including help with personal hygiene.

WHO ARE YOU?

I am looking for someone who truly wants to make a difference and be a part of my life. I thrive best with female assistants.

You, as an applicant:

Have an understanding of autism and know what it entails in practice.
Are calm, patient, and stress-resistant – for real.
Have good physical fitness and enjoy being active, as I move a lot.
Are free from injuries that could affect your work.
Speak and write Swedish fluently.
Are not allergic to or afraid of animals.
Are a woman with a genuine interest in working with children with special needs.
A driver's license and your own car are a big plus, especially during the summer.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We would prefer that you can start immediately. This is a position on an as-needed basis, meaning in cases of illness or other circumstances where regular assistants are absent.
