Are you an experienced HR Consultant – or on your way to becoming one?

Andara Group is currently seeking HR Consultants for our candidate network! We collaborate with a wide range of clients who continuously require HR expertise for both short-term and long-term interim assignments, available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Do you have broad experience in HR, employment law, and leadership? You could be the right person for one of our upcoming assignments. Examples of assignments we frequently fill include:

• Providing coverage during lengthy recruitment processes or parental leave
• Temporarily replacing HR specialists or managers
• Leading projects related to organizational change, change management, or salary benchmarking

As an HR Consultant with Andara Group, you often have the freedom to manage and plan your own daily schedule. You choose the assignments that best suit your availability, skills, and development goals. We offer assignments with clear frameworks, concrete expectations, and personalized matching.

You can work as an independent consultant or, if you prefer, as an employed consultant with us. In either case, you have a reliable partner in us who supports you every step of the way.
