Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Controller who will also work with accounting. The assignment starts after the summer and is a long-term consulting assignment. In this role, you will work with both controlling tasks and ongoing accounting work. You will have frequent contact with the operations, and a large part of your job will involve working closely with the company's area managers, supporting them with financial questions, and following up on their results. To thrive in this role, you should be a curious and fearless person who is accustomed to changing environments.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Reports and KPIs: Create economic reports and monitor key performance indicators for the business.
• Year-end closing and accounting: Work with ongoing accounting and perform year-end closing tasks.
• Budget and forecasting: Be responsible for the company's budget and create ongoing forecasts.
• Follow-up: Hold regular check-ins with area managers regarding their results.
• Presentation: Report and present results to the management team.

Qualifications

To fit the role, you need:

• A few years of experience working with both business controlling and accounting.
• Thriving in a varied role where tasks range from simpler bookkeeping to presenting results to the management team.
• A preference for having many points of contact.
• Good knowledge of major ERP systems and Excel.
• Very good proficiency in English and Swedish.
