Who are you?

• Have a teacher's degree and teacher certification with eligibility for teaching in grades Pre-K to 3 (F-3).
• Have good IT skills and preferably experience of digital tools in teaching.
• Are sensitive, secure, and have a genuine commitment to students' learning and development.
• Want to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
• Find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians.
• Share our view of learning, where students develop best in an environment characterized by trust, responsibility, and respect for each individual's unique prerequisites.

About us

The Child and Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and get to be their best. The administration's task is to coordinate, plan, and support the different activities as well as work for coordination between school and working life.

Hässleholm Montessori School is a municipal primary school with grades Pre-K to 9 (F-9) as well as an after-school care center. Approximately 300 students attend the school. We all work with Maria Montessori's pedagogy as a starting point, e.g., in treatment, consideration, and respect for each other and for the school's environment, students should feel a sense of belonging, feel good, and achieve optimal learning. We work largely in mixed-age groups. The school is located in central Hässleholm with good train and bus connections.
