As an Article Validator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our master data, which is key to achieving our strategic goals. You will become part of our dynamic Master Data Team and work closely with operational activities to ensure correct article information and attributes. You will be responsible for validating and approving article data, as well as communicating with suppliers to ensure the highest possible standards.

Our headquarters are located in our spacious, modern offices in Solna Business Park, where we work on-site three days a week.

This position is a consultancy assignment through Adecco with a planned start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Validation and updating of master data in business systems and legacy systems
• Quality assurance of article information via GDS and DMR
• Communication with suppliers regarding incoming data errors
• Collaboration on the development of processes and system support
• Processing of incorrect messages and much more

About you:

We are looking for someone with at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, who is meticulous, communicative, and capable of working efficiently in a team while also taking the initiative to drive your work forward. Your understanding of the big picture and your ability to act proactively will be crucial to your success in this role. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English. Knowledge and experience of SAP are required.
