Job Description

The role involves assisting users according to their individual needs regarding personal care, meals, mobility, activities, etc. The job includes documenting the users' conditions and the actions you perform. We place great emphasis on case management and continuity of care.

Fixed-term employment, earliest start date until 2026-09-30.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys and has the ability to work with people with physical, mental, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You must have a vocational upper secondary education as a nursing assistant or other equivalent education within healthcare or child and youth care, with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work, or other experience deemed suitable by the employer. Experience with this target group is meritorious.

As a person, we see that you are sensitive, driven, and flexible. We value a positive and professional attitude where you demonstrate good judgment and understand that you influence the situation through your words and actions. We look for someone who collaborates well and has a good ability to work with different types of people. Personal suitability is highly valued.

A valid B-class driver's license is required.

Employment Terms

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 3–6 months.
