Your new job

You will teach the subject of religion during the academic year 2026/2027. This entails one teaching session of 1.5 hours per week. You will be part of the Arts Programme, which is an important and visible part of the school's operations. The programme maintains high quality and has been granted by the Swedish National Agency for Education to offer nationally recruiting specialized training within all artistic expressions. Therefore, we have high expectations for everyone working on the programme.

You will be assigned a contact person within the religion subject and on the Arts Programme to receive support in planning.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teacher's degree and teacher certification for upper secondary school in religion. You have an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We place great importance on the ability to see opportunities for improvement and development of our operations. Since Jönköping Municipality uses several learning platforms, you are expected to have experience and knowledge in handling ICT tools.

• You see your teaching as part of the whole to ensure the student reaches their goals.

Good to know

The position is a hourly employment (timanställning).

Before employing new staff where teaching may be relevant, we must ensure that there is a valid teacher certification. We therefore ask you to attach a current teacher certification retrieved from the Swedish National Agency for Education within the last two months.
