About the Workplace

Åsaka School is a preschool to grade 6 school located approximately 12 km outside the urban area of Trollhättan. The school has approximately 135 students and an associated after-school center. We actively work with values-based issues and pedagogical development. Currently, this means a focus on study environment and safety for all students to increase goal achievement.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who have a desire to make a difference for those around you and want to work together to do your utmost to create success and opportunities for others – our students and each other in the work team. Together with teachers and the student health team, you will support the student during their school day. After school hours, you will work at one of our after-school centers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working with students in a school environment. You need to have a positive attitude, and your perspective is that all people do their best in all situations based on their conditions. Your approach is low-affective, and you are skilled at creating structure and predictability. You communicate easily with colleagues surrounding the student. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability during the employment process.
