Do you want to contribute to the development of residential care (HVB) for young adults with trauma and substance abuse issues? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced person who wants to strengthen our treatment team at Villa Hilleröd – a residential care facility for young men and women aged 18–28.

About Us

Villa Hilleröd is part of the Västerbo healthcare chain and offers specialized treatment for young adults with co-occurring disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. We work with evidence-based methods such as MI (Motivational Interviewing), MET (Motivational Enhancement Therapy), CRA (Community Reinforcement Approach), relapse prevention, and trauma-focused therapy, in a safe and beautiful environment. Here, relationship-building, a holistic perspective, and individual development are at the forefront.

About the Position

This is a unique and varied role. You will be part of an engaged team and have great opportunities to influence the development of the operations.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Client work, support, and treatment
• Working within the framework of current laws and guidelines
• Participating in occupational health and safety work
• Participating in quality improvement, documentation, and collaboration with commissioners
• Being part of our long-term change work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with the target group of young adults, addiction issues, and trauma
• Is self-assured and has good organizational skills
• Has experience working within residential care (HVB)
• Is unpretentious, receptive, and skilled at building relationships
