Responsibilities

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be involved in business planning and work organization. You will participate in change and quality improvement projects, both clinical and administrative. You share responsibility for personnel matters, administration, and documentation, and assist in handling deviations. You are also responsible for ordering goods and materials and handling invoices.

The Clinic Coordinator is part of a leadership team together with the Clinic Manager, ensuring that operations are conducted according to established guidelines. The scope of tasks may vary, and you will work both administratively and clinically.

About the Workplace

Maxo Dental AB currently consists of 4 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 2 dental nurses. We are located in a renovated, fresh, and modern facility. Here, we work together to develop the clinic. At Maxo Dental AB, we offer a wide range of dental treatments, including dental implants, aesthetic treatments, orthodontics, invisible aligners, and general dentistry.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with dental education who is good at collaborating and building positive relationships. You have good computer skills and strong administrative abilities. Quality and efficiency are central to your work. You work with a high level of ambition and value understanding, respect, and care. Furthermore, we hope that you, like us, enjoy continuous personal and professional development.

Since you communicate with patients, relatives, colleagues, and in some cases authorities, it is important that you have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
