About the role and responsibilities

In the role of support pedagogue, you work to improve and supervise the pedagogical work. You are responsible for, among other things, planning and follow-up, where you, together with our support assistants and pedagogical coordinators, support our users in living the life they desire.

The role also involves performing and supporting the work group with social documentation, implementation plans, and other documentation, as well as following up on and evaluating interventions.

You will work as part of the work team where standard work takes place, while simultaneously serving as an extra support for employees. In the role of support pedagogue, you have dedicated time for pedagogical work, which may include supervising employees in challenging work situations, keeping up with the latest studies on clarifying pedagogy, supervising documentation, or collaborating with other support pedagogues.

About us

Our units within LSS Housing consist of group and service apartments across 22 management areas, where we provide support in the user's daily life.

The schedule is day/evening/weekend with a full-time equivalent of 36.33 hours/week. On-call nights may occur at some units.

We are looking for you who

• Have post-secondary specialization within the disability field comprising at least 200 YH credits or 60 university credits, or a combination thereof equivalent to at least two semesters of full-time studies.
• Have experience working with the target group and LSS activities.
• Have good knowledge and experience of clarifying pedagogy/TEACH.
• Have good knowledge and experience of low-affective interaction.
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Have good knowledge of common documentation tools.
• Have basic skills in digital work tools.

A driver's license is required at some units.
