Your role

We view collaboration and relationship-building as the most crucial success factors in the teaching profession. As an employee at Karlbergsgymnasiet, you will be part of a program team that jointly takes responsibility for the students' entire school situation.

Who you are

We are looking for you who enjoy working together in teams to focus on the student's learning and social development. In addition to actively contributing to the team's development, we value that you appreciate close collaboration with student health services, school management, and other staff. As a teacher here, you help create a school where all students have the opportunity to achieve their goals and where learning is experienced as meaningful, stimulating, fun, and secure. You find the meeting with students to be the primary driving force in your work as a teacher.

All teachers at Karlbergsgymnasiet are expected to be interested in a mentorship role and in conducting active values-based work in daily life.

Formal qualification requirements

• Teacher education with eligibility to teach Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language in upper secondary school
• Digital identification with Bank ID
• Category B driver's license

Merits

• Extensive experience in working with extra adjustments and special support
• Experience working in upper secondary school

The employment

Permanent position at 100% with start date 2026-08-12 or as agreed. The employment may begin with a probationary period. The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made. The position is currently located at Karlbergsgymnasiet, within the Culture and Education Administration. The direct supervisor is the principal of one of the school units at Karlbergsgymnasiet.
