Welcome to our wonderful team! We are now looking for a substitute for our after-school center. Here you will become part of a staff with high qualification density and a great commitment to our students and their development.

The position involves you, together with your colleagues, being responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of after-school activities. We strive to challenge and develop the school's students through meaningful activities and projects, such as the After-School Marathon and other activities that connect the school's grades and increase the sense of security among our students. Collaboration takes place throughout the school day with other educators in the work team with the goal of making the operations as good as possible for the students.

Developing and driving our recess activities forward, pedagogical documentation, and parent collaboration are also part of the position. You will be part of a network consisting of all staff within the school's after-school center, with joint meetings for planning operations as well as reviewing quality, steering documents, and pedagogical activities. Together we create a safe, creative, and learning environment at the after-school center!

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a pedagogical education at the upper secondary level or post-secondary level, for example, after-school leader education, childcare education, student assistant education, social pedagogue, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. If you have previous experience working in school with pedagogical activities, we see this as meritorious. Previous work experience with children with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) is also desirable as this is part of the work.

As a pedagogue, you are clear and engaged and see possibilities in challenges. Furthermore, we see that you as an applicant are an engaged and driven person with a great interest in pedagogical activities. You have a positive attitude and the ability to build good relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues. You contribute to a good work climate and enjoy collaboration and collegial learning. There is plenty of room for you who are creative and innovative!

Your new workplace

Lillegårdsskolan is a school with approximately 310 students, from preschool class to grade 5. The school has a strategic location near the forest, which is often used in the school's teaching. It is within walking distance to Partille center with the Culture House and library, which is regularly utilized by student groups. The school is located in the municipal district called Lexby, which is part of Central Partille.
