Hello!

I am an energetic, social 12-year-old girl living with my parents and my younger brother on a farm in Farstorp. I am currently looking for both a summer substitute and a casual substitute to work with me as needed.

During the day, I go to school, and otherwise, I feel most comfortable at home. I enjoy playing with toys and am very imaginative. I also love being outdoors and riding cargo bikes.

Since I have limited communication skills and may find it difficult to express what I want, you need to be attentive, patient, and curious to understand me and my expressions. I have a neurological spastic condition and epilepsy, experiencing various types of seizures. Therefore, I need you nearby at all times, ready to support me if needed.

Physical strength is an advantage as I sometimes need assistance with mobility. You must also be a non-smoker and speak fluent Swedish so that we can understand each other.

It is important to me that you have a genuine commitment to working with people, that you are confident in yourself, and that you view this role with a long-term perspective. Experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing for me is that we get along!

Since we live in a rural area, you must have a driver's license and access to a car.

The Positions:

Summer Substitute. During the summer, hours vary between daytime and evening, and we hope you are available for both short and long shifts. Please specify how many hours you wish to work during the summer and which weeks are available.

Casual Substitute, with varying shifts on weekdays from 14:00-19:30 and weekends from approx. 09:00-19:30, with opportunities for shorter shifts as well. During holidays and summer, there is an opportunity to work more, including daytime hours.

Interviews are held on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Start date by agreement.
