Approximately 30 staff members work at the school, all with appropriate qualifications. There are short decision-making paths, good access to digital tools and special educational needs expertise, and good student results. The school is appreciated by guardians and students for its sense of security, study environment, and good, close relationships.

Tryde Friskola is seeking a certified primary school teacher for 100% employment starting in the autumn term of 2026, with qualifications to teach younger age groups.
