Job Description

We are looking for teachers for fixed-term positions in our teacher pool during the autumn term, with the possibility of extension. The position can be full-time or part-time.

You will have your main placement at one of the municipality's primary schools, but you may occasionally need to change workplaces to support other units that need a substitute teacher.

With clear leadership, you make students active participants in the teaching and create a secure, accessible, and inspiring learning environment. You contribute with engagement, structure, and curiosity where it is needed most, alongside permanent staff.

The principal at your main placement will be your direct supervisor.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in primary school, either for grades F-6 or 7-9. The positions may be targeted towards different stages depending on the needs of the operations.

It is natural for you to adapt to new environments and you enjoy variety. You easily see where your help and competence are needed during the workday.

As a person, you are calm and stable and have the ability to create a secure environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. Your creativity is contagious and creates engagement and motivates learning. You are happy to contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to drive the operations forward.

You have a good ability to create professional relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You need to have a B driving license and access to your own car.
