Who are we?

Trollet is a preschool with five home bases featuring shared meeting places such as an atelier, a square, and a dining hall, as well as an inviting outdoor environment.

Trollet is characterized by the values of safety and joy. These values should permeate the content of the education, the pedagogues' approach, and the pedagogical learning environments.

Our vision is: "Falköping's preschools are the children's arena where we educate for a sustainable future."

The preschool is a democratic meeting place where children's voices and expressions permeate the content. It is fun, safe, and educational, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

All pedagogues have their own iPad as a tool for documentation. We have four competence development days per academic year. Falköping Municipality offers wellness subsidies, all-weather clothing, pedagogical meals, and free coffee and tea.

What can we offer you?

Here, you will meet experienced preschool teachers and childcare workers, all working towards the same goal of giving children the best conditions for development.

The preschool drives development through project-based working methods, with pedagogical documentation serving as an important tool.

Our learning environments are in constant change based on the children's interests and thoughts. Continuous development is important to us, which is why each work team receives regular pedagogical supervision from our developer.

Network meetings form the basis for collegial learning between the preschools in our Preschool Area Center North.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher, preferably with previous experience in pedagogical work. Here, it is important that you as a person are flexible and patient. You are professional in your role and have good collaboration skills.

Good group dynamics are important in our work groups, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability!

A new school organization is currently being created in Falköping Municipality, and we are making significant investments in our preschools and schools – both in rural areas and in the town. We are developing the organization, renovating, and building new. All to ensure our children and young people have the conditions for the best and most equal education possible, while simultaneously creating attractive workplaces for our pedagogues.
