Job Description

We are now looking for you who is a teacher for grades 7-9 with qualifications in mathematics/natural sciences and experience teaching technology. You will be part of a team of teachers where you together plan and are responsible for the students' education and development. The focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and reliable environment.

You will teach students in grades 7-9 of the compulsory school where you educate and support the students in their social and knowledge development. You challenge students to take their own initiatives, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. At Alléskolan, you are offered the opportunity for development, exciting assignments, and work in modern facilities. In your role as a mentor, you have a special responsibility for a group of students, through which you get the opportunity to follow their academic development and personal maturity. You inform and keep the student's guardians updated about the student's development through regular development meetings.

Qualifications

You who apply are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching in grades 7-9 in mathematics/natural sciences/technology and one additional subject. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we see this as an advantage. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's steering documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create study quietness and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and, with good knowledge and practice, work effectively with relevant digital tools. Naturally, you have a professional attitude and work for good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.

About the Workplace

Alléskolan is a new upper secondary school in Hyllie that was launched during the 2024/2025 school year and from the 2025/2026 school year, the school moved into new fantastic facilities. The school currently has five classes in grade 7, three classes in grade 8, and Vintrie Resource School for 30 students. Over three years, the school will grow gradually to eventually have a operation for approximately 450 students in grades 7-9. The school has five floors, large bright spaces, a large schoolyard, and a standalone gymnasium right next door.
