The Åstorp Health Centre and the Söderåsen branch in Bjuv form a single operation under two roofs, where quality, continuity, and patient focus are at the center. Since the Söderåsen Health Centre became a branch of the Åstorp Health Centre, we have grown to approximately 60 employees with broad competence and close collaboration across professional boundaries.

Åstorp is beautifully located in nature, close to Söderåsen, the coast, and city life. At the same time, both Åstorp and Bjuv offer good commuting options by bus and train from, among other places, Helsingborg, Ängelholm, and Malmö.

We are in an exciting phase of development and have recruited three new specialists in general practice in 2026. Today, we have specialist doctors, ST-doctors, BT-doctors, and AT-doctors, which creates an stimulating educational and learning environment where knowledge exchange is a natural part of everyday life.

Our operation offers a wide range of care services, including a specialist doctor's clinic, a district nurse's clinic, and several specialist clinics. There is also a dietician, a counselor, a family center with Child Health Services (BVC), as well as a well-functioning rehab team with physiotherapists, an occupational therapist, and a rehabilitation coordinator. Together, we work to offer high accessibility, good continuity, and professional treatment for our patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist doctor here, you are offered a varied and stimulating job with standard tasks within primary care. You meet patients of all ages and with varying care needs, while becoming an important part of our continued development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with permission to work within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general practice. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. A B driving license is also a requirement as travel between our operations may occur.

It is meritorious if you have supervision training, experience in supervising trainee doctors, or previous experience working within primary care. Experience with the medical record system PMO is also seen as meritorious.
