About the Role
As an accountant with us, you will have a central role in the group's economic function. You will be responsible for accounting in several companies and work closely with management, operational managers, and external partners. The role offers varied work where you will have the opportunity to influence and develop economic processes and routines.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- VAT, employer, and tax declarations
- Intercompany reconciliations and transactions
- Economic reporting and follow-up
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Contact with auditors, banks, and authorities
- Development and efficiency improvements of economic routines and processes
We are looking for you who
- Have post-secondary education in economics, accounting, or equivalent
- Have at least a few years of experience in qualified accounting work
- Have good knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks
- Have good system proficiency and experience with accounting systems
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy collaborating and working close to operations
Merits
It is particularly meritorious if you have:
- Experience of accounting within healthcare, care, or assistance operations
- Experience from companies within personal assistance, home help, LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), HVB, or foster care operations
- Knowledge of compensation systems and economic flows within the care sector
- Experience of working in a group structure with several companies
- Experience of digitalization and development of economic processes
