Furthermore, you need to be focused but ready for quick turns. Calm and composed when stress arises. Stay a step ahead and be a good planner/organizer. Persistent and humble.

You must be at least 1.70 cm tall with good physical fitness, back, and arm strength to perform safe lifts for both of us. Good hearing and fluent Swedish in speech and writing are required to interpret and take notes for me. A driver's license is mandatory, as is being a non-smoker. You must handle stressful situations with many balls in the air, but also manage calmer moments when nothing is happening, and switch quickly between the two. You will handle various aids and electronic devices.

There are care elements such as RIK (Respiratory Infection Care), tube feeding, inhalation, enemas, BiPap, etc. Training is not a requirement, but you must be ready to learn quickly and memorize procedures.

As a person, you have a strong belief in human rights and the equal value of all people. A good dose of humor doesn't hurt either.

I am a woman approaching 50 years of age living in Bjäre, leading mostly a quiet life in a house with my parents. A congenital muscle disease means I need assistance around the clock.

I try, as much as I can, to live and do what I would have done if I didn't have my disability. A life with much creativity, creation, and gardening, among other things.

Working hours and degree of employment:

Part-time and part-time night shifts are available with the possibility of extension. The applicant must be prepared to work on an hourly basis until the introduction is complete. The length and scope depend on how well the collaboration works.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations occur according to collective agreements.
