About the assignment
We are looking for two case handlers for our client in Varberg for a consulting assignment starting in mid-August and running until December 30, 2026. The position is full-time (100%) and works during office hours, Monday to Friday, at the client's office in Varberg or our office in Halmstad. There is no possibility for remote work.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily work on deciding on appropriate measures to regulate debts. You will handle electronic responses, conduct simpler investigations, and make decisions regarding income sources. The work is performed independently based on guidelines and practice. More detailed information about the tasks will be provided during the recruitment process.
Your qualifications
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software.
- Completed higher education, or equivalent competence, in a field relevant to the assignment.
- Between one (1) and three (3) years of continuous work experience in a similar administrative role, such as administrator or case handler.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector/authority.
