We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team and work as a personal assistant for a child client in Sätila, Marks Municipality!

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a child with functional variations. There, you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, playing, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help make someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and responsive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours – day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require night work.
• have experience in care and support (a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts

Scope: Part-time

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
