We are looking for you who want to contribute to creating a safe, creative, and educational environment for our students, both during school hours and after school. About the position

In the role of a childcare assistant, you will work in the primary school and the after-school center (fritidshem) to create good conditions for learning and safety, allowing students to develop based on their own prerequisites.

Together with the entire grade team and the after-school team, you will be involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities based on the national curriculum. Building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues are important parts of the assignment.

The tasks are varied and diverse throughout the workday. You will be available as a support for the students throughout the entire school day, as well as being an active recess supervisor, which includes participating in and leading activities during breaks. During after-school hours, you will lead planned activities and be responsible for the students' safety and joy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as a childcare assistant.
• Has experience working with IBIS (preferred).
• Is a secure, clear, and engaged leader.
• Has experience in leading after-school activities.
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and team-oriented.
