Fjärdhundraskolan was inaugurated in 1956 and is one of the municipality's oldest schools, located in the middle of Fjärdhundra and surrounded by a vibrant agricultural landscape with ancient roots. Fjärdhundraskolan is a grades 1-9 school with just over 360 students and serves as a hub in the local community. The school is located 20 kilometers north of Enköping, with proximity to outdoor pools, football fields, jogging tracks, forests, and nature. We follow our students' knowledge progression and strive to develop the student's sense of responsibility and participation. We believe in need-driven, flexible solutions and have close collaboration within the staff group. Our goal is to equip our students for the future regarding both education and upbringing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow-up, analysis, and documentation of teaching at the group level as well as knowledge development at the individual level.
• Pedagogical assessment as well as planning and implementation of further interventions.
• Teaching students individually and in small groups.
• Collaboration and dialogue with colleagues regarding students' development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are trained as a special needs teacher or special educator and are a licensed teacher with eligibility in at least one core subject up to grade 9. You have experience working with students in need of special support and are well-versed in current regulations and steering documents.

You show confidence in the student's own abilities and create conditions for learning through good treatment and a relational approach. You further believe in dialogue and collaboration among colleagues with analysis and knowledge development in focus.

We are looking for you who are collaboration-oriented and confident in communicating with colleagues and guardians. You are structured and have the ability to create and communicate an overview as well as drive the work forward.
