JENSEN Gymnasium in Uppsala is now looking for a teacher in natural sciences and mathematics who wants to help train our students for reality. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified upper secondary school teacher in physics and mathematics, preferably with additional qualifications in another subject. You thrive in the classroom and are driven by seeing your students reach their full potential. You inspire and adapt your teaching style based on students' needs, prior knowledge, and individual goals. You are a natural and clear leader in the classroom and have good structure. Being a team player is important to you, and you have a creative way of solving challenges. We also appreciate it if you share our passion for health and development.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time position. The start date is August 4, 2026.

We work efficiently and modernly. Instead of a cover letter, we start with a number of selection questions and two work psychological tests that you receive directly after submitting your CV. Within upper secondary school, you must according to law (2000:873) show an extract from the criminal record register. The extract is made via http://www.polisen.se/ with digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form, do this as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.
