Description

Rotskärsskolan is a lower secondary school with approximately 180 students in grades 7–9. We are looking for a qualified teacher in Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language (SVA) and Social Studies (SO) for grades 4–9. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in accordance with the curriculum. The role involves close collaboration in work teams and subject teams, giving you significant freedom to shape and develop the teaching together.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in children's learning and who works systematically based on current regulatory documents. You have a positive attitude and contribute to the development of the operations with good initiative and a professional approach. Your working style is flexible, and you collaborate easily within work teams.

Valid ID and Right to Work in Sweden

To work at Älvkarleby Municipality, you must be able to present a valid ID showing your citizenship. In some cases, you may also need to show a document proving your right to work in Sweden. If offered employment, you must be able to present one of the following:

• Passport
• Driver's license
• SIS-certified ID card together with a population registration extract showing citizenship
• Other valid ID clearly stating citizenship.

If you are a citizen of a country outside Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also prove that you have the right to work in Sweden (e.g., residence or work permit).
