About the activity:

Lindholmen Preschool is part of the Kårsta-Lindholmen principal's area, which also includes Gustav Vasaskolan, Kårsta School, and Kårsta Preschool. Lindholmen Preschool has approximately 110 children, distributed across two buildings: Buketten and Eken. The preschool is located in Lindholmen, north of Vallentuna center. In an stimulating environment, well-educated staff work with a focus on children's influence and participation in teaching, based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschool (Lpfö 18).

Responsibilities:

As a substitute preschool teacher (barnskötare), you are an important part of the children's education. In collaboration with colleagues, you work to drive and develop the pedagogical work with the curriculum as a guide. You are responsible for ensuring that children are offered good care and given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites. At our preschool, play and joy take a large place in teaching and education, together with the children. Your responsibilities also include actively participating in reflection meetings with colleagues, workplace meetings, and meetings with guardians.

Qualifications:

• Preference is given to candidates who are trained as preschool teachers (barnskötare).
• You have knowledge of how digitalization contributes to the development of the preschool and an understanding of the ongoing change process that digitalization entails.
• You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
