Sales Representative for SolentraSolentra is TJB's brand for solar panel mounting systems for all types of roofs – both pitched and low-pitched roofs. With over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry, we launched Solentra in 2023 to meet the growing demand within the green transition.
Solar energy is an area we strongly believe in for the long term. With smart and efficient solutions, Solentra has quickly become a appreciated system among installers and a natural choice for many fitters across Sweden.
As a Sales Representative for Solentra, you are responsible for the region from Örebro, Stockholm, and further north. The role involves driving the entire sales process – from prospecting and meeting booking to quotes, training, and long-term customer relationships.
You will work closely with solar installers, wholesalers, and other market players, becoming a key part of developing both Solentra and TJB's continued growth.
Examples of Responsibilities- Develop Solentra/TJB's business with both existing and new customers
- Prospecting and processing new customer relationships
- Identify and analyze customer needs
- Build knowledge about our product and service offering as well as the market
- Conduct product training and present Solentra and TJB's solutions
- Contribute to TJB's growth and profitability through active sales efforts
Since Solentra is a relatively new business area, we are looking for you who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where development, initiative, and engagement are highly valued.
Cultural fit is at least as important to us as previous experience. We believe you are a person who spreads energy, enjoys building relationships, and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
We believe you have:- Good technical understanding
- Experience in proactive sales
- Ability to plan and structure your own daily work
- Strong personal drive and high initiative
- A strong team spirit and good collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays (approx. 1–2 nights/week)
- A structured work approach and good follow-up skills
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Previous experience from the industry is meritorious – but not decisive.
