Do you want a meaningful job where you get to be an important part of another person's daily life?

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful 20-year-old boy living in Stockholm / Alby. He has an intellectual disability and autism and needs support to have a functional and secure daily life.

The job involves supporting him in his daily life, helping with daily routines, and personal care. He needs a lot of clarity, structure, and present people around him to understand and handle different situations.

Working hours:

14:00–22:00
22:00–09:00 with waiting time between 00:00–05:00

We offer some flexibility in the schedule.

We are looking for someone who is calm and confident in themselves and has a great deal of patience. Since communication can sometimes be a challenge, you need to be perceptive, creative, and enjoy building a close relationship. You find it easy to follow routines but can also adapt when the day does not go as planned.

Previous experience with intellectual disabilities and autism is an advantage.
