We have high demand from our clients within the defense industry and are therefore looking for several technically skilled experts across the country.

Do you want to take an active role in creating and developing documentation structures, strategies, and information flows in technology-intensive environments?

Here, you will work closely with our clients to structure, create, and manage technical documentation, ranging from instructions to strategic documentation plans and process descriptions.

This role is for you if you thrive with complexity, enjoy structuring information, have an eye for detail, and appreciate a bit of detective work. As a Technical Information Specialist with us, you become a key person in projects with some of Sweden's most innovative technology companies. You make complex technology understandable, accessible, and usable.

The assignments are varied, both in content and technical field, giving you the chance to develop alongside the project and build experience in multiple areas. You work in close collaboration with engineers and developers, acting as a bridge between the technology and the user.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of documented experience in technical information or similar roles.
• Experience working systematically with aftermarket communication in technology-intensive environments.
• Good technical understanding and a strong interest in technology.
• A non-hierarchical attitude and thrives in collaborations with different roles and teams.
• A methodical and meticulous work approach.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Preferred Skills and Experience

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• XML-based documentation, DITA, or S1000D.
• Information architecture or terminology management.
• Adobe software.
• Regulatory requirements and compliance documentation.

A B-class driver's license is required as several of our clients are spread across the region.
