Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personalized assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for personal assistants for a 4-year-old client near Knivsta. The client lives with both parents in pleasant surroundings in Knivsta. The client needs supervision while sleeping but is alert, happy, and lively when awake. You need to be calm and confident, as well as sensitive and able to read situations. The client has 24/7 assistance.

Working hours are 08:30–16:30 on weekdays (Monday–Friday), where you will accompany the child to preschool. Other days and times may occur if needed. It is a plus if you can work a waking night shift if necessary.

Your qualifications:

• You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Experience with breathing machines is meritorious.
• Experience as a personal assistant and preferably as a certified nursing assistant (undersköterska) is meritorious.
• You must also have experience working with children.

It is important that you are sensitive, focused, and have experience with CPR for children. It is crucial that you maintain your focus at all times during the day and night.
