Brinkskolan is a preschool–grade 6 school in Östra Vallabrink with space for just over 400 students. We have been located in modern, architect-designed premises since 2015. Job Responsibilities:

Are you a secure, clear, and proactive person with a strong commitment to the development of children and young people? You could be the one we are looking for. We are now seeking a resource pedagogue for our SPSM project to create an organized and structured learning environment. The role involves organizing study support and a learning environment for students with disabilities within NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) in collaboration with special educational needs expertise.

For this role, we are looking for you who have relevant pedagogical education and experience working in schools with students who have various types of disabilities.

To fit this role, you need to be someone who easily builds good relationships with students while working in a structured and goal-oriented manner, using experience and wisdom. Close collaboration between teachers, pedagogues, and student health services is central to the role.

The role involves meeting various students throughout the day who need an adapted context and support. This includes supporting students' learning, recovery, and promoting school attendance. This may, for example, involve greeting students in the morning, supporting them in social situations and during breaks, and working with students who participate in smaller groups for parts of the day.

At Brinkskolan, we work with continuous improvement. As a person, you need to be solution-focused, have a desire to develop, and have the ability to independently assess what is required when interacting with students in different situations. You are pedagogical in your approach and participate in planning and implementing various interventions. You easily see solutions and can juggle multiple tasks at once. As a colleague, you are flexible and collaborate easily with everyone.
