We are now looking for two childcare assistants for our preschools – one position at Mellby Preschool and one at Besbäckens Preschool. Both positions are ongoing roles, which means a varied and developmental job where you work on different departments based on the needs of the operations. The role gives you the opportunity to build relationships with many children and colleagues and contribute to several parts of the activity.

As a childcare assistant with us, you will help create a safe, inspiring, and accessible learning environment where every child is given the conditions to develop based on their needs and strengths.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a childcare assistant and have experience working in preschools.

You are an initiative-taking and flexible person who enjoys taking responsibility and driving the work forward, both independently and together with others. With an unpretentious and collaboration-oriented approach, you build good relationships and contribute to constructive solutions. You have pedagogical skills and are confident in communicating and sharing knowledge in a clear and adapted manner. At the same time, you have an analytical mindset and can see connections, create structure, and contribute valuable perspectives to complex issues.

Good to know

• In the event of an employment offer, an ID check will be conducted, and an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.
• The position at Mellby Preschool is a substitute position at 100% from August 3, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
• The position at Besbäckens Preschool is a substitute position at 60% from August 3, 2026, to December 23, 2026.
