Bilbolaget in Lycksele is now looking for an engaged employee for our customer center!

We are looking for you who have the ability to always provide the customer with service beyond the ordinary. A team player with a forward-looking attitude and a focus on good customer relationships. Qualities we value are a strong drive, enthusiasm for the task, as well as being communicative, structured, and thorough.

You will be part of a team that receives our customers via phone/email and schedules appointments for service and repairs for all of Bilbolaget's facilities. Your duties also include administrative work. As an employee in our customer center, you are a key person in the relationship between the workshop and the customer, where great importance is placed on service and customer treatment.

To qualify for the job in the customer center, you need to have basic knowledge about cars and computer skills. You must master the Swedish language both in speech and writing, as well as be able to speak decent English.

Conditions

The position is a summer temporary position at 100% starting June 29th until August 14th.
