About the Unit
The Armoured Battalion's task is to develop the capability to conduct combat operations at battalion and brigade levels in a subarctic climate. Within this framework, the Armoured Battalion conducts basic military training for soldiers, unit training, unit exercises, and maintains and develops the command capabilities of the battalion and brigade functions.
Main Responsibilities
The role is internally referred to as Training Adjutant, but in practice corresponds to a Company Administrator responsible for administrative coordination and support for the company's operations. As a Training Adjutant, your main duties are at the company level, where you primarily handle administrative tasks such as travel orders, allowances, and grants for conscripts. In this position, you support the company with ordering goods, equipment, services, and food, as well as simpler economic and personnel administration. As a Training Adjutant, you will also perform practical tasks such as serving as a quartermaster and/or providing logistical support during training, exercises, and field operations.

- Experience in administrative work
- Category B driver's license
Personal Attributes
As a Training Adjutant, you are flexible and have the ability to communicate both internally within the company and externally with individuals inside and outside the unit. You are receptive, driven by collaboration, and service-oriented both practically and administratively to achieve common goals. You should also enjoy working independently within your own areas of responsibility. We also look for a positive attitude towards physical training, as this is part of the duties in the Swedish Armed Forces.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Merits
- Experience working in SAP/PRIO systems
- Experience from service within the Swedish Armed Forces (e.g., previously employed as GSS/K etc.)
- Military basic training or conscription
- Previous service in a government agency

The employment involves being assigned to wartime duties (krigsplacering).
Benefits

I 19 is one of Sweden's largest regiments with operations in Boden, Kiruna, Tåme, and Grubbnäsudden/Lomben. The main headquarters and leadership for the regiment are located in Boden.
The regiment's most important task is to build combat units, and over the next few years, I 19 will gradually develop the new Norrbotten Brigade. By 2028, the regiment should be able to train, store, and mobilize the entire brigade, including the associated functional units; command, field engineering, air defense, and logistics. The brigade should be able to conduct combat in all environments but be specialized for combat in the subarctic environment of the North Calotte.
The regiment also houses the Swedish Armed Forces' Winter Unit, which has the task of coordinating and supporting the development of the Swedish Armed Forces' winter capability.
Conscription training is conducted at the Norrbotten Armoured Battalion, which is responsible for training and maintaining units for the Norrbotten Brigade. The regiment also consists of the regimental staff, Defence Health, Garrison Support Unit, Logistics Unit, and Local Planning Unit.
