The duration of the assignments may vary, ranging from shorter projects to longer full-time positions, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and broaden your network.

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company and responsible for providing professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat. The tasks may vary depending on the assignment, but often include answering questions, processing orders, solving problems, and providing advice on products or services. You will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant at one of our partner companies. We are looking for you who are passionate about customer contact and have a positive, solution-oriented attitude. You are detail-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a role where you work at a fast pace.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in customer service or service professions
• Good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
